But what we learned was that the issues our loved ones were experiencing weren’t a result of poorly trained or apathetic caregivers, it was something larger, something more fundamental.

Caregivers had worries of their own, too. They were expected to provide demanding yet exceptional care 24/7, but without the proper tools to do so. Caregiver burnout led to turnover, which led to understaffed communities and lower quality of care.
Community directors were finding it more and more difficult to keep their residents satisfied. As a result, their reputations began to tarnish, and with no reliable technology in place, there was no way to manage or improve workflows.
