Portal: Logging In & Main Dashboard

To login to the main dashboard:
  • First you’ll see is a login screen. Enter in your username your password and click the blue button to log in.
  • Once you’ve logged in you’ll be brought to the main dashboard. This allows you to visit an individual community at a high level.
  • The first results you’ll see are the average daily alarms, the average response rate, and the percent of alarms over 20 minutes at a given community.
  • If you continue to scroll down you’ll view the top 10 residents as well as your top 10 caregivers. When looking at the top 10 residents this is basically a breakdown of the top 10 residents with the highest total number of alarms spanning over the course of the last 28 days. You’ll also see red, orange, and yellow highlights indicating whether the number of alarms are high, very high, or extremely high for a given resident compared to all PalCare community data.
  • This allows you to view residents that require immediate attention at a single glance.
