Portal: Grouped Reports
PalCare has created a way to group reports into the most important information a community may want to see. To view your grouped reports:
- Come over to the left hand side of your screen and click the drop down option from there
- Scroll down to grouped reports to run the grouped reports
- Come up to the right-hand side of your screen and click the blue square with the two arrow. Here you’ll see a breakdown of your grouped reports. In this instance this community wanted to view key response time metrics in terms of the total number of events that took place in a particular day – the longest response time the shortest response time and the average response time for that day.
- They also would like to see the top five most active residents and the total number of events associated with each of those residents.
- The final grouped report this community wanted to see was a breakdown of the number of events that take place during a particular hour of a day as well as the average response time to evaluate Staffing constraints.
- You also have the ability to click a more detailed analysis of all of your grouped reports by clicking the detailed button up at the top right hand of your screen. This also allows you to export and schedule these alerts however you’d like.
