Portal: Corporate Dashboards

Another dashboard we’ve created to help easily compare community data is the Corporate dashboard:
  • Under “Dashboards” you’ll see “Corporate” – click that and you’ll be brought to a holistic view of all your PalCare community data in one single dashboard.
  • Within the Corporate dashboard you’ll see the number of PalCare communities’ total residents, total number of alarms, the average alarm in a given day, as well as the average response time and percent of responses that take over 20 minutes.
  • Here you’ll be able to view the average against all of your communities or click within an individual community to see their specific data.
