Portal: Active Alerts
To view active alerts:
- From the main dashboard come over to the left-hand side of your screen and click “Active Alerts”.
- Here you’ll see the drop down for emergency maintenance or all alerts.
- Let’s click emergency first – you will see a breakdown of all your active emergency alerts. We also provide summary information for the alert in terms of the event date and time, how long the alert has been active, the category of the alert, the resident associated with the alert, the area or device associated with the alert, the building or location the alert is coming from, as well as were it is near to and whether or not it has been accepted.
- If you would like to view any maintenance alert – like low batteries – you’ll come and click “Maintenance Alert”. Here is where you’ll see a breakdown of all maintenance alerts as well as how long they’ve been active for, the category and type associated with the alert, whether or not a resident is affiliated with the alert – such as a low device battery – the area and device impacted, the building and location where it is near, the status, and the action to take.
- You also have the ability to see a holistic view of all active alerts. By clicking the “All” tab here you’ll see a combination of emergency and maintenance alerts. Emergency alerts will always be at the top. You’ll notice that they have a red bar to differentiate them between the maintenance alerts as well as the alert category.
