Accutech Tag Tester Guide

To Turn a Tag On

Place the tag into the reader as shown in Picture A. Next press Power, 7139, and then Enter. The tag icon will then flash in orange on the Accutech icon. Your tag is now active.

Assigning Wander Guards

  1. Residents
  2. Click the ‘edit’ next to the resident name
  3. Click ‘+ Device’
  4. Choose ‘Accutech Security’ for device manufacturer
  5. Choose ‘RF Tags’ for device category
  6. For device type
    • IF in Prairie Place (memory care), choose ‘Roam Alert Tag (Stanley)’
    • Anywhere else (skilled), choose ‘Wandering Tag (Accutech)’
  7. For serial number, look on the back on the device
  8. Click ‘submit’
  9. Click ‘submit’ again

To Turn a Tag Off

Place the tag into the reader as shown in Picture A. Press Power, 7139, then Enter. Your tag is now inactive. The tag light will turn off.

To Test for Low Battery

Press the power button, then place the activated tag into the reader and the low battery light will illuminate. See picture B. If the tag is good the activity light on the Accutech icon will flash
